Meet The Owner
Owner/Manager, Keshav Kalia originally from Northern India, came to Zayka by way of Singapore where he was managing 3 restaurants and 2 banquet halls. He interviewed for the position while abroad and came to Raleigh in April 2014 to run and manage the restaurant.
In 2015 he bought out the previous owners to helm the establishment and in 2016 he became the sole owner and chef of Zayka.
Keshav Kalia currently holds 12 years of experience in the restaurant industry, in addition to Masters in Hotel Management.
Along with Zayka, he is also managing his own catering company in India.
Zayka is not just a business to him, this is his passion and devotion. Because of his qualification and experience, Keshav is always aiming to provide customer satisfaction in a way that he fulfills his motive of making Northern Indian Cuisine as integral part of everyone’s palate.
